• ORDERING •
You can call us, email us, or for certain items, order straight from our site! Please note that your online order is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us.
Our kitchen can get quite busy, so we recommend ordering at least a week in advance (and at least two weeks in advance for large orders). Orders placed straight from our website must be done at least two days in advance. However, we can often accommodate last-minute orders too, so just let us know if you need something sooner, and we will do our best!
Absolutely! We love customizing our desserts. We have more information on our website here and feel free to send us an email to let us know what you have in mind.
You can find all of our Terms & Conditions here.
• SHIPPING & DELIVERY •
Absolutely! Yes! We deliver anywhere in Los Angeles (from downtown to Santa Monica and up to Van Nuys, we’ve got you covered) and the cost is typically between $10-$30 depending on the size of the order and location.
Sure! You’re welcome to pick up from our commercial kitchen in North Hollywood – 7333 Fulton Ave. However, keep in mind that because we do not have a storefront, it is by appointment only.
We do ship certain items! Just send us an email or give us a call to see if your order can be shipped.
Not yet! Right now we do all our baking behind-the-scenes, but we hope to open our doors to the public soon.
• OUR SWEETS •
Currently we do not offer any sugar-free or vegan options, but we’re working on it! Check back soon. We do make a gluten free chocolate cake which can be paired with any of our icings. And also gluten free cake pops! Our gluten free sweets are not yet available to order online, so just send us an email if you’d like to order them. We are not a nut-free bakery. While most of our treats do not have nuts in them, the kitchen we bake in is not a nut-free environment so those with strong allergies should refrain.
Please note: We’re always happy to help with pairing recommendations or to try and accommodate different flavor requests. • CAKES/CUPCAKES: Red Velvet, Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, Vanilla, Funfetti, Carrot Cake, Lemon and Coconut
Buttercream is a combination of butter and sugar whipped together to make it smooth and spreadable, whereas fondant is a combination of powdered sugar, water and glycerine to make a paste that must be rolled thinly to cover your cake. There are a few cake designs that only work well with a fondant covered cake, but unless fondant is necessary we always prefer to use buttercream only to cover the cake. Please note that fondant is placed over a layer of frosting in the flavor of your choosing–and this, combined with the layers of filling in your cake, means that a fondant-covered cake will still taste like your desired flavor.
Almost all of them are. Occasionally we may use a product that is nontoxic, but not FDA approved. For example a special gold paint or glitter. We will always let you know if there is something that should not be eaten and this is very rare.
Definitely! We love to customize our desserts and all of the Signature Cakes on our website can be done in any color scheme.
Cake pops will stay fresh for up to five days in the refrigerator. We recommend keeping your cake pops cool, either in a refrigerator or a well air-conditioned space. Cake pops don’t like heat, so if you are serving them outside on a hot day, we recommend bringing them out at the last minute!
Yes! Our cake pops are made of a delicious mix of crumbled cake and icing. The cake is fully cooked, but achieves its luxurious texture from mixing it with our homemade frostings.
Certainly! We can individually wrap each cake pop and tie it with a bow. Just send us a message.
